Advanced Planning
We will consult with your management team to review special requirements, safety/security procedures and other guidelines. We will manage and supervise all the trades to ensure we stay on schedule while reducing any potential delays.

Onsite Management
A project manager will remain onsite through completion of the project and maintain communication with your management team and staff

Detailed Work Tracking
In coordination with your managers, we maintain a master schedule to track progress and status of each unit or bedspace by trade and sign off on all completed work. As your partner in this project, it is our job to look after your best interest.
